We also advise on the financial implications of separation and divorce, in the context of Irish law and from an International perspective. The firm has particular expertise in International family law matters, and cases concerning Brussels IIbis, The Lugano Convention and private international law.
On 25th November 2010, UCD Law Society held their Centenary Debate. The motion of the debate was as follows,

“That the Ireland of the Hundredth Session is Superior to that of the First”.
